My carrier started as a salesman soon after school. I suddenly realized that I was prone to become a star in sales. But that by itself was not enough to reach my dreams. I wanted more, I wanted to become a good Manager. But this, like all professions, needed training. I started working hard to achieve my goals by studying courses like business communication and sales techniques, debugging sales forces, managers and owners of small and midsize companies. In fact, by doing so I reached a point where I was able to travel to Canada and work as a Sales Manager for Mr.Marble, traveling around Canada, and later on, working with other companies which took me to 48 states across the U.S.A. After 8 years in Canada and several training courses at Georgian College in Barrie, Management Synergies in Toronto and Six Sygma “The lean business” in Concord Ontario, I decided that it was the right time to go back to Italy and find a company that was suitable and able to teach me what I did not know yet. While I was in Canada I used to follow OSM on the Internet. I was mesmerized by their way to manage companies. Not the classical way but something new, exciting and workable. The CEO of the company Paolo Ruggeri was well known there and, in the U.S.A. He wrote several books on managing companies, motivating people and following the dream that leads a business owner to open his company in the first instance
. Once in Italy, I got in touch with Paolo and after that encounter…well… magic began.
